Ølfabrikken was founded in December 2004 and the brewery released its first beer in January 2005. At Ølfabrikken we brew exciting, experimental and innovative beers to the quality conscious consumer. Ølfabrikken was in 2005 and 2007 honored with the prestigious title “Brewery of the Year” awarded by Danske Ølentusiaster (Danish Beer Enthusiasts).
