Øfabrikken Hvid jul (White Christmas) is a complex and strong Wheat beer spiced up with coriander, chamomile, and orange peel. The hazy, yellowish beer with its characteristic creamy foam introduces itself with a flowery aroma. The taste is soft and smooth.

Ølfabrikken Sort jul (8,5 %)
This Christmas beer is our interpretation of the Belgian Saison type. It is dark, spicy with a dry finish and powerful carbonation from refermentation in the bottle. The beer presents itself with a hefty nose of anise leading to a slightly sweet beer with light body and a flavor dominated by notes of cocoa, caramel and rye bread leading to a long dry finish. Of course unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle.

Ølfabrikken Jule Ale (8 %)
An unconventional Christmas brew that departs from the tradition of Winter warmers being sweet and malty. Our Christmas brew is abundantly hopped with the four American C’s: Cascade, Chinook, Columbus and Centennial. Cinnamon and coriander provides the Christmas spirit and adds to the merriness. Brewed on Maris Otter ale malt, crystal malt, wheat malt, soft brown sugar, and Demerare cane sugar.
